Our boutique studio is based in the heart of Wellington's Cuba Street area, in the iconic James Smith Building.

Strip is Wellington's favourite boutique studio for smooth, fast waxing at affordable prices. While you try it on in some boutiques, we take it OFF at Strip! We focus only on waxing so let Strip take your wax to the next level and provide the ultimate experience in waxing services.

Please note:

WE CAN BE TRICKY TO FIND! We’re in the same building as Rebel Sport - take the stairs next to Rebel up to level 1, go around the glass wall, turn right at the lifts and we are the 2nd door down

1. Your booking request will be confirmed shortly after it's received and we may amend your booking time by up to 30 minutes either way, to allow for errors and eliminate small gaps from our schedule to maximise available times for others. Please allow for this potential time amendment when requesting a slot.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days, and within 48 hours on weekends (closed Saturday pm and Sunday)

3. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so up to 24 hrs before your appointment by emailing us at: [email protected]

BOOKING TERMS and CONDITIONS:

.No-show is NO-NO! Please request amendments/cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment . No-shows will be charged 50% of the total booking price.

. If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, the charge is 30% of the total booking price.

. If you cancel within 90 mins of your appointment time, the charge is 50% of the total booking price.

.Please be on time! If you are late your appointment will possibly be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the total booking price

.It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the studio with plenty of time to make your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for traffic/transport/parking hold-ups or if you do not read our location page and get lost.

.Eftpos/Card payments are not available. Please pay by cash or bank transfer at our studio

.A deposit is required for some appointments. We will email you payment instructions after your appointment request*

Fees:

No Shows and cancellations within 90 mins of your appointment start time: 50% of booking total

Cancellations/amendments within 24 hrs and up to 90 mins before your appointment start time: 30% of booking total

Late comers: 50% of booking total

Please be on time.

As a small business we have reluctantly implemented this policy as no-shows, late-comers, and last minute amendments have a big impact on us, and aren't fair on others who need a booking.

*Fully refundable if booking Terms and Conditions adhered to. This is not refundable if you are late to your appointment, or miss it under any circumstance, where standard fees apply as above.

Service dogs are welcome but please email us to arrange your appointment. Staff have allergies and appropriate measures need to be taken to accommodate your service dog and for the health of staff.
